Another certified Salesforce partner just launched "full CRM implementation services." Cool. That's about the 40th one this year.

Trinity Relationship Management announced they're now offering end-to-end Salesforce implementation plus AI integration. Standard partner playbook: get certified, build a services practice, charge by the hour to configure a platform you already pay too much for.

Here's what that actually means for you. Another intermediary sitting between you and your own data. Another firm that gets paid whether the implementation works or not. Another engagement where the clock runs while your team waits on answers and your workflows stay broken.

You've probably already done one of these. Paid the retainer, sat through the discovery sessions, watched the timeline slip, and ended up with a CRM that's technically "implemented" but still doesn't match how your team sells or serves customers. The partner moved on. You're left holding the config.

The consultancy model isn't broken because the people are bad. It's broken because their incentive is billable hours, not a CRM that actually fits your business six months after go-live.

A partner certification tells you someone can set up Salesforce. It tells you nothing about whether they'll still care when you need a workflow changed on a Tuesday afternoon.
