Privacy Policy

Effective April 29, 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you visit crm4sale.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Who we are

CRM4Sale (“we”, “us”) operates the marketing website at crm4sale.com. This site exists to explain a CRM platform that is being sold as a one-time license. We do not operate a SaaS product on this site — there are no user accounts, no logins, and no customer data stored here.

2. What we collect

We collect a limited amount of information through three channels:

  • Site analytics. Pages you visit, how you got here (referrer / campaign), your approximate location (country / region), device type, browser, and aggregated session behavior. This is collected by the third-party tools listed in section 5.
  • Information you submit voluntarily. If you book a call, the third-party booking tool collects your name, email, and any details you provide. If you make a purchase, Stripe collects your billing information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6 below.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect information from children under 13, and the site is not directed at children.

3. How we use it

  • To understand which pages and content are useful.
  • To improve site performance, navigation, and feature clarity.
  • To follow up on calls you book and to deliver the product if you purchase it.
  • To run advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, and to measure their effectiveness.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to defend against fraud.

4. Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)

For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interest for site analytics, security, and direct communication with you about a meeting or purchase.
  • Consent for advertising cookies and pixels (LinkedIn, Meta) where required by law.
  • Contract when we need information to deliver a product or service you have purchased.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small set of well-known service providers. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data we share:

Google Analytics 4

Anonymous traffic measurement and page-view analytics.

Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights

Hosting platform, page-load performance, and privacy-respecting visitor counts.

Microsoft Clarity

Aggregated session replay and heatmaps for usability analysis.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Conversion tracking and audience building for LinkedIn ads.

Meta Pixel

Conversion tracking and audience building for Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads, when enabled.

Stripe

Payment processing. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never touch our servers.

YouCanBookMe

Scheduling discovery calls. The Book A Call page embeds a YouCanBookMe (ycb.me) widget, which collects the information needed to confirm a meeting (name, email, time slot, optional notes).

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) to support analytics and advertising. The specific cookies depend on the third parties listed in section 5.

You can opt out by:

  • Using the cookie controls in your browser to block third-party cookies.
  • Installing a tracker-blocking extension (e.g. uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger).
  • Setting the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal in your browser — we honor these where technically feasible.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at gus@pushbuttonai.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for as long as our analytics providers keep it under their default policies (typically 14 to 26 months for Google Analytics). Booking and purchase records are retained for as long as needed to support the customer relationship and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and most of our service providers process data in the United States and the European Union. When data is transferred from the EEA / UK to the US, providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved by EU regulators.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools, business, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
