Most brokerages spend months onboarding new agents before they're useful. Scofield Group in Las Vegas just cut that to one week.

Their new internal system, SG Basecamp, is a learning management platform built specifically for their agents. New hires come out of week one already knowing contracts, company policy, their CRM workflows, and a call framework called A.L.M. Not "somewhat familiar with." Actually running it on live calls.

That's not a training win. That's an ops decision someone made deliberately — to stop treating onboarding as a documentation dump and start treating it as a production system.

Here's what that means for you. If your team is still figuring out your CRM three months in, that's not a training problem. That's a system design problem. The software isn't built around how your team actually works, so nobody ever fully learns it — they just find workarounds and call it good enough.

You've probably already tried the usual fixes: better documentation, a consultant-led implementation, a platform switch. None of it stuck because the underlying problem was the same each time — software that made you adapt to it instead of the other way around.

A CRM your team learns in a week isn't magic. It's just built around the job they're actually doing.
